So that all our customers get the most out of there treatment and our services we ask that if you are coming to us then could you arrive ten minuets prior to your treatment. Our staff are coming to yourselves please be prepared for them to arrive few minuets early this is to get you settled in and relaxed.

If you wish to cancel or rearrange an appointment we ask that you please do this 24hours prior to your appointment or the full cost of the treatment will be charged.

Please be aware that on bookings for treatments exceeding £100 we will require a 50% deposit on booking.

To ensure maximum enjoyment and relaxation to all our customers and staff we ask kindly that all mobile phones are switched off during the time of your treatment.
